Craig Andrew Baldenhofer M.D. is a board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast, body and face. Dr. Baldenhofer strongly believes in the importance of treating his patients with respect, dignity, compassion and taking the time to make sure they feel informed and heard.
Dr. Baldenhofer is skilled in microsurgery, including the state-of-the-art perforator flaps for reconstructive breast surgery following mastectomy. He is trained in advanced techniques of breast and body cosmetic surgery, fat grafting techniques, liposuction and post-bariatric body contouring. Additionally, he is highly skilled in facial reconstruction following Moh’s surgery for skin cancer.
Dr. Baldenhofer, a New Orleans native, earned his medical degree from the Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport and began his surgical training in general surgery in New York City before completing a rigorous residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, Oregon. During this training period, he worked with world-class surgeons performing a full range of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. He then completed a highly regarded microvascular breast and aesthetic surgery fellowship.
Dr. Baldenhofer has volunteered his time and expertise for reconstructive cleft lip and palate surgery in developing countries through Healing the Children, a not-for-profit volunteer organization. He is a proud member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Doctor Jay Park is a co-founder of Cosmetic Medical Training. He has been training medical providers on the botulinum toxin and dermal filler injection technique for over 10 years. Dr. Park is board certified in Emergency Medicine. He attended medical school at George Washington University in DC. He was the chief resident at his residency at Beth Israel Medical Center in NYC. He had opened up two medical spas in Florida and has been working as a consultant for start up aesthetic practices throughout the USA.
He also is a co-founder of a marketing and software company. He has been involved in over 20 startups. His company, Park Media Circle, created the Botox Medical Training app. This app is the first of it’s kind in the world using AI to teach beginners on how to inject botulinum toxin.
CarolAnn Johnsen is a board-certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She is a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in aesthetics, emergency, critical care, and surgical medicine. She also has a Board Certification in Emergency Nursing. CarolAnn received her Associates degree at Palm Beach Community College; and also received her Bachelors of Science degree at Palm Beach Atlantic University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She graduated with a Master’s in Nursing, and Suma Cum Laude, from the Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing at Florida Atlantic University. She is a Nurse Practitioner and is board certified in Family Practice.
CarolAnn is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society of Nursing, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and Association of Medical Aesthetic Nursing. She has continued her training and has multiple certifications in advanced dermal fillers, sclera-therapy, and laser management. She was recently nominated for Nurse of the year through Palm Health Care Foundation. Carolann is a native Floridian, where she resides in Eastern Lake Worth.

Cheryl McPherson R.N. has been consulting, educating and treating clients on skin care rejuvenation and laser treatments since 2006. She is a clinical educator and certified Allergan® Educator, teaching basic to advanced dermal fillers and Botox® to physicians, dentists, nurses and physician’s assistants in Beverly Hills, Miami and New York.
She’s recognized for her work with advanced applications of injectable fillers and Botox® for facial aesthetic enhancement. Her “artistic eye” makes her one of the most elite and sought after aesthetic specialists in the field. Cheryl is also a Professional photographer and loves to take pictures for events and individuals on her spare time. Cheryl has been with us since 2009.
